Tell us which device and app version you use, what happened, and what you expected. Please leave out passwords, payment details, and private prayers or notes unless they are necessary to your request.

Find your way in the iOS app.

Tap the + button to open Home, Bible, Prayer, Saved, or Account. On the Bible screen, use the book and chapter buttons to choose a passage. Tap the floating Study Center button to explore commentary, verse notes, the lexicon, cross-references, and the timeline.

To highlight a verse or add your own note, tap the verse itself. Choose a highlight color, write a note if you like, and tap Save. You can return to your entries from Saved.

Keep a copy of what matters.

In native app version 2.0, prayers, notes, highlights, and progress are stored on your device. No sign-in is required, and these entries do not currently sync with the website or other devices.

Open Account to export a personal backup or restore one you previously saved. Keep exported files private. Before replacing your device or deleting the app, export a backup of anything you want to keep. We cannot recover native app content that was stored only on your device.

Using Aperio on the web?

The website has its own account and saved content. Sign in with the same account you used before to return to your website prayers and notes. Website entries and native iOS entries are currently separate.

For questions about optional website giving, include your checkout email and the date of the gift when contacting support. Do not send card numbers or banking credentials.

Notice something we can improve?

If a passage, study entry, or feature needs attention, include the book and chapter or the screen name in your email. A short description helps us follow the same steps. If you attach a screenshot, hide any personal information you do not want to share.

Read our Privacy Policy for details about the website and native app.
